What NewBuildTracker is

NewBuildTracker shows prices and the availability of new-build flats in Prague as developers publish them in their own public price lists. We are not a real-estate agency, we don't sell flats, and we are not a party to any purchase. Developers who want a correction or their project removed can find out how on the about page.

Consumer disputes

If a dispute with a consumer cannot be settled directly, the body responsible for out-of-court resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: Česká obchodní inspekce, ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, coi.gov.cz.
