Where the data comes from

  • We read the public price lists on the developers' own websites every night. Only published projects count.
  • A price drop means the price on the developer's list is lower than at our previous check, by at least 0,1 %: smaller changes are rounding. It counts while the flat stays cheaper than before its first price change of these 30 days, so a price that went up and came back down is no drop, and neither is a drop the developer took back. Hiding a price ("on request"), publishing it again or a flat coming back to the list at a lower price is not a drop either.
  • Only flats the developer's list showed as available or reserved when their price went down count: a lower price on a flat listed as sold, or without a status we could read, is not a drop. A flat stays on this list for 30 days after its drop, even if it has been reserved or sold since; its status shows next to it. A flat that left the price list is "no longer listed" (probably sold): we only call a flat sold when the developer's list says so.
  • Promotions, discount codes and negotiated discounts that don't change the listed price are not included.
